You will be asked to confirm that you accept these Terms before completing checkout. If you do not accept them, you will not be able to place an order.
-
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your Order will apply to your purchase.
4. Product Descriptions & Availability
-
Product descriptions, images, shades and packaging shown on the Website are for illustration. Minor variations may occur.
-
Some products (e.g. professional lash & brow treatments) are intended for professional use only. You are responsible for ensuring you are qualified and insured to use them.
-
All products are offered subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you’ve ordered, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
5. Your Information
To place an order you may need to create an account or provide personal details. You agree that:
-
All information you provide is accurate and up to date.
-
You will keep your login details secure.
-
We will process your data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We may contact you by email, SMS or post regarding your order, delivery, or where you’ve consented — for marketing.
6. How the Contract Is Formed
-
Information on the Website is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.
-
You place an Order by following the checkout steps and submitting payment.
-
We may reject an Order for any reasonable reason (e.g. product unavailable, pricing error, suspected fraud).
-
A Contract is formed only when you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.
-
Please check your Order Confirmation and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect.
Quotations (where given) are valid for 14 days unless withdrawn earlier.
7. Price & Payment
-
Prices shown on the Website are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
-
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and vary by location and service.
-
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay will be the one shown at checkout when you placed your Order.
-
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered (e.g. card, PayPal).
-
We do not dispatch Goods until payment has been received.
8. Delivery
-
We deliver in the UK and worldwide (see our Delivery & Returns page for current locations, costs and timeframes).
-
We aim to deliver within the estimated time shown, but these are estimates only.
-
In any event, delivery will be made within 30 days of the Contract unless otherwise agreed.
-
If delivery is delayed for reasons outside our control, we will inform you and take steps to minimise the delay.
-
If you advised that delivery on time was essential, and we fail to deliver, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.
-
Once delivered to the address provided, the Goods become your responsibility. Please check parcels on arrival and tell us promptly if anything is damaged or missing.
Customs & Duties:
Where Orders are sent outside the UK, you may be charged import duties or taxes by your local authority or courier. These are your responsibility and will not be refunded if you refuse delivery.
9. Delivery Failures
If delivery cannot be completed because:
-
the address was entered incorrectly, or
-
nobody was available to receive the parcel, or
-
you did not collect from a depot in time,
we may charge reasonable costs for redelivery or deduct costs from your refund.
10. Risk & Ownership
-
Risk passes to you once the Goods are delivered.
-
Ownership passes to you only once we have received full payment.
If payment is reversed or refused after delivery, we may recover the Goods.
11. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)
This section applies to UK / EU consumers buying online.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Goods, without giving a reason, except for certain hygiene products (see below).
To cancel, you must tell us clearly (email is fine). You then have 14 days to return the Goods to us.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods (or proof of posting), using the original payment method.
You must pay the return postage unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
11.1 Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, insurance and product safety reasons, you cannot return:
-
Products that have been used or opened
-
Products not in their original condition or packaging
-
Products returned after 14 days
-
Sale items
-
Products which, by their nature, cannot be resold (e.g. adhesives, tints, lash/brow lotions once opened)
This is in line with UK distance selling and hygiene regulations.
12. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
We take great care packing orders. If you receive:
-
a faulty product,
-
a damaged item, or
-
the wrong item,
please email returns@lashglo.co.uk within a reasonable time with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund in line with your consumer rights.
13. Professional / Restricted Products
Many Lash Glo products (e.g. lash lift, brow lamination, adhesives, tints) are for professional use only.
By purchasing, you confirm that:
-
you are qualified and insured to use them; and
-
you will carry out appropriate patch testing on clients in line with insurance and training guidelines.
We are not liable for incorrect application, lack of patch testing, or treatments carried out by unqualified persons.
14. International Orders
You are responsible for:
-
providing a correct delivery address,
-
paying any customs, duty or import taxes, and
-
ensuring the Goods are permitted in your country.
If you refuse to pay local charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product cost only (not shipping) and may deduct any return/courier fees.
15. Our Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (UK GDPR compliant).
This includes processing for order fulfilment, fraud prevention, marketing (where consented), and customer support.
You can read the full policy here:
https://www.lashglo.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy
16. Our Liability
We do not exclude liability for:
-
death or personal injury caused by our negligence
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
-
any rights you have as a consumer under UK law
However, we will not be responsible for:
-
losses not caused by our breach
-
business or commercial losses (loss of profit, contracts, data, goodwill)
-
delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (strikes, courier delays, customs, pandemics, etc.)
You are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for your intended use and are applied in line with the instructions and your professional training.
17. Events Outside Our Control
If we cannot perform our obligations due to an event outside our control, we will let you know as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact. Where there is a substantial delay, you may cancel and receive a refund for any items not received.
18. Complaints
We aim to provide an excellent service. If you have a complaint, please email us at info@lashglo.co.uk and we will aim to respond within 5 working days.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You can bring legal proceedings in the UK courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
