🚚 My delivery hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

UK Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at orders@lashglo.co.uk.

Europe & Worldwide Orders:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 16 working days, please email orders@lashglo.co.uk for assistance.


💸 Why have I been charged duty or customs fees?

Some countries outside the UK may charge import duty or customs fees. You will be contacted by the courier if payment is required.

  • The amount depends on your country and order value.

  • These charges are your responsibility and not refundable by Lash Glo.

  • If duty/customs are unpaid, your package will be returned to us and shipping fees will not be refunded.


📦 Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via text or email once your order has shipped.


🏠 Can I change my delivery address?

After placing your order, you can’t update your address online. Please email orders@lashglo.co.uk within 1 hour of placing your order to request an address change.


💞 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You must notify us by email before returning: returns@lashglo.co.uk

Items cannot be returned if:

  • They show signs of use

  • They’re not in their original condition

  • They’re returned after 14 days

  • Proof of purchase is not included


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit issued to your original payment method — please allow up to 21 days for processing.
