Why have I been charged duty and customs? 

Duty and Customs are charged by certain countries outside the UK. You will be contacted by the delivery company if you are required to pay duty and customs. The amount will depend on the value of the package being sent. It is your sole responsibility to pay this charge and LASH GLO cannot be held liable. If you do not pay this charge, the package will be sent back to us and delivery charges will not be refunded.  

Can I track my order?

Yes you will be able to track your order. You will receive a text or email with tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Can I change my delivery address?

After you have placed your order, you are unable to change the delivery details online and you will need to email us within 1 hour after you have placed the order to change your delivery details. Please email 

Returns - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days after receiving the products. Prior to returning your item please notify us via email, please email

Your product purchase cannot be returned if:

  • The product has signs of use
  • Is not in it's original condition
  • Is returned after 14 days
  • Is returned without proof of purchase enclosed

Refunds (if applicable) - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, you will be notified and a refund will be processed with a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this can take up to 21 days.

Late Refund (if applicable) - If it has been 21 days since you were notified about your refund and your refund has not been received, please contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable) - We take great care in packing all our parcels for delivery however if you receive an item that is defective or damaged please email with a photo of your damaged item and proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying  your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
